Premium Connectivity is separate from Upgrades and software updates.
The car is in my app, but Upgrades is missing. Has anyone had this problem?

Mine is a 2022 Model Y from Shanghai, first registered in Germany and then in Bulgaria. It is registered in the app and receives OTA updates, but I am also unhappy that no upgrades appear.
