Which workshop in Bulgaria replaces the modem on a US Tesla, and what do the part and labour cost?

Summary

The European modem did not work in my Model Y. The recorded €96 covers SIM installation and programming, not a successful modem replacement.

My answer

On my Model Y, the first European modem we tried did not work. We fitted a data SIM so we would not have to wait for another modem.

SIM installation and programming at Yanev are recorded on 15 September at €96. That is the price for this work, not the price of a new European modem.

The European map, SIM, SRS/crash data and crash-sensor work are now completed and recorded — €996 in total. I do not have a confirmed record of a successful modem replacement or its final price to share.

I did it yesterday. The module was €200; I changed it myself and it works. Otherwise they wanted €250 for labour.
