FSD still does not officially work in Bulgaria. Tesla is doing everything it can to find a solution for the whole European Union so people can use it.
Several countries have already approved it individually, and people are using FSD there. Autopilot and Autosteer work. They have their own problems and things you need to know, and they partly depend on the software, but overall, they are available and work in Europe.
As of 7 October 2026, Tesla includes these European countries in its FSD (Supervised) availability list: the Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, Belgium, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Croatia. Bulgaria is not included. This is not blanket permission to use it across every EU country. Tesla
There is a difference between an outright FSD purchase and an active subscription. Tesla says that if the previous owner bought the package outright and has not transferred it to another car, it stays with the vehicle. The previous owner’s subscription, however, does not automatically become yours. Having the package does not remove regional restrictions on its use. Tesla
For a particular US or Canadian Tesla, check which features are actually available in the car’s menu. Tesla states that Autosteer and related features depend on configuration, hardware, software, model year and region. An “FSD” label in the listing is therefore not enough to promise what will work after importing it. Tesla
FSD (Supervised) also requires the driver’s continuous attention. It does not mean the car can be left to drive without supervision. Tesla
