I did not have to change the tail lights or turn signals on my 2023 Model Y for the inspection. USA Auto handled the paperwork. I then waited about three weeks for the document from the Automobile Administration needed for KAT.
Both separate amounts are now recorded: €408 for the inspection itself on repair card No. 181, and €51.13 for issuing the registration document, paid in July. The document fee is not the entire inspection cost.
