## Post context

Hi! I recently bought a 2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range. Ownership was approved in the app a few days ago, but I noticed that Upgrades is completely missing. I found this when Premium Connectivity expired and I went to renew it. The car has the same issue: Upgrades says “Upgrades Unavailable – Coming Soon”. The car’s software is also old, and I wonder whether that is related. Has anyone had this problem? What is the process for getting access to Upgrades so I can receive software updates and renew Premium Connectivity? Thanks to everyone who can help!

Premium Connectivity is separate from Upgrades and software updates.

Mine is a 2022 Model Y from Shanghai, first registered in Germany and then in Bulgaria. It is registered in the app and receives OTA updates, but I am also unhappy that no upgrades appear.
